Some people believe that the color, aroma, taste and nutritional value of frozen food is not as good as that of fresh food, and worry that it will lose nutritional value after thawing and cooking. In fact, as long as a good grasp of reasonable thawing and cooking methods, frozen food can still maintain the original color, fragrance, taste, shape of food, nutrition will not be lost.

Frozen food in the cooking should master the appropriate method, cooking temperature, time should be based on the type of food, tender degree, quantity and so on. Generally 

speaking, the cooking starts with high heat and then changes to low heat when it boils. Green leafy vegetables need to be stir-fried in a hot pan, cooking time will increase

the loss of vitamin C. For vegetables that have been blanched during freezing, the cooking time should be shorter, otherwise the crispness and tenderness will be affected.
In addition, cook with less water rather than more. The more water you use, the more water soluble vitamins dissolve. Most of the nutrients in food will dissolve in water, such as

inorganic salt up to 10%~25%, vitamin up to 15%~25%.
